Returns & Exchanges
We offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of delivery, for any goods returned in entirely unused condition, in their original packaging and ready for resale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend you use a fully trackable service with insurance.
Gardener's Kit is not responsible for any damage during return shipping. We will refund the original order upon receipt of the returned goods.
Shipping Damage or Items Defective upon Arrival
If an item arrives damaged or is defective upon arrival, we will fully refund or replace the item provided we receive notification within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us and provide pictures of the damage or defect, and we will assess. Items found to be defective or damaged will be replaced free of charge.
All products carry a one-year warranty against defect. This does not cover inappropriate use of a tool, or general wear and tear through regular use.
Please note that saw blades are not covered in the same way that most other products are - see our comments on the Saw Care pages on each product.
