- Orders are shipped with Canada Post, USPS and private couriers when available.
- We do not ship ladders and a few of our extra large/heavy products (see details below for purchasing ladders).
- Orders are packaged and shipped daily, but only on weekdays. You will receive tracking information by email once your package has been processed.

Local Pick-up from our Victoria Showroom
Vancouver Island customers can choose the 'Local pick-up' option at checkout. Our showroom is located at 169 Langford Street in Vic West, click here for hours & location.
Purchasing Ladders
Ladders can be ordered on our website for pick-up from our Victoria warehouse. Due to the high cost of shipping such large items and the risk of damage during shipping, we do not offer a shipping option.
Ladders can also be purchased in person from one of our dealers in the Vancouver or Vancouver Island areas. Check out our "where to buy" page for dealers.
USA customers

Due to recent US government changes to customs duties on imported goods, shipments to the USA will incur charges in addition to our shipping fee. There is no longer a customs duty exemption for orders shipping from Canada valued under $800. Read more here.
Additionally, new US government tariffs on some goods may apply to your shipment. These may apply to a variety of materials (ie. steel) and may vary according to the country of manufacture. Please contact your local government agencies for more information.
As an importer you will be responsible for payment of all import fees including duty and any tariffs. You will receive a bill from the carrier when the shipment reaches customs in your country.
Gardener's Kit is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or tariffs incurred on deliveries to the USA.
Shipments to the USA can be delayed on account of customs clearance wait times, as well as sorting facility processing delays.Â
