About Niwaki Tools

Inspired by a love of Japanese gardens and the tools used to tend them, Niwaki has been bringing brilliantly designed Japanese tools to gardeners since 1997. Founded by Jake Hobson, Niwaki began with a fascination for Japanese tree pruning and has grown into a collection of practical, beautifully made tools and garden essentials. From razor-sharp secateurs to saws, shears and more, Niwaki combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with a refreshingly straightforward approach to gardening.
